Periciazine (INN; also known as Pericyazine or Propericiazine) is a medication that belongs to the phenothiazine class of antipsychotics. It has also been studied in the treatment of opiate dependence.

Periciazine is not approved for sale in the United States or Canada. It is commonly sold in the United Kingdom under the tradename Neulactil.
