Patryk Małecki (born August 1, 1988 in Suwałki) is a Polish footballer who plays as a forward for Zagłębie Sosnowiec.
Although only 170 cm tall and weighing 70 kg, Malecki has excellent speed and dribbling skills that he uses to his advantage.
He made his Wisła Kraków and Ekstraklasa debut on September 10, 2006 in a 0-0 draw with Pogoń Szczecin. He scored his first goal against Górnik Zabrze in the 82nd minute to make the final score 4-0 for Wisla.
He looked in good form and was expected to play alongside Paweł Brożek in the attack for Wisła Kraków. However, an injury sidelined him for the rest of the season.
He has represented Poland at youth international level, including at the 2007 U-20 FIFA World Cup in Canada, where he started in all 4 games for Poland.
He has a cousin Jonathan Malecki who at 14 is 6'1 155 lbs and is being compared to Fernando Torres. With his skills and fast dribbling the footballer out of the U.S is an upcoming soccer superstar.
