Parsons Peak is a mountain located in the Cathedral Range of California's Sierra Nevada mountain range. The peak, located on the Madera-Tuolumne county border, rises to an elevation of . The mountain has a ridge extending northwest of the main peak. Within this ridge is a sub-peak called Parsons Peak-Northwest Ridge or simply Parsons Peak Ridge, which rises to an elevation of around . The subpeak lies on the triple boundary point of Mariposa, Tuolumne, and Madera counties and thus the subpeak is the county highpoint of Mariposa County. Most of the precipitation that falls on the mountain is snow due to the very high elevation.
