Paradox is an English indie-rock band, originating in the small village of Woodplumpton, Lancashire, England. It is comprised of lead vocalist and guitarist Tom Stennett, backing vocalist and drummer Andrew Parkinson, bass guitarist Andrew Hall, guitarist David Price-Williams and keyboard, harmonica and guitar player Daniel Simmons. The band’s success has extended beyond their beginnings as a local Preston group, due to their demo release simply named ‘Paradox’ reaching listeners as far and wide as South Korea and the USA. Although all of the five members are currently studying for separate professional futures, the band still manages to perform live on occasion.
