Outsource Partners International (OPI) is an outsourcing company specializing in finance and accounting services with six U.S offices, three Indian offices and one in Bulgaria. The company was originally established through the merger of KPMG's national finance and accounting practice and itAccounts. It has since been expanding, recently acquiring the business process outsourcing dvision of KPMG. OPI handles companies'routine, recurring transactions as well as complex processes such as regulatory compliance, preparation of financial statements and SEC reporting. Through its onsite-offshore approach, key members of client staff transfer to OPI, yet remain onsite to interact with client executives and other departments. OPI offers companies assistance in their Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program. Additional services include revenue processing; vendor and payment processing; payroll and benefits administration; general accounting; financial reporting; fixed assets and capital accounting; cost and inventory accounting; regulatory compliance reporting; and management reporting. OPI also offers tax co-sourcing and tax outsourcing solutions for data entry and tax from preparation. In Keeping with OPI's belief in the importance of dialogue, its proprietary Dialogue software serves as an interactive tool to engage OPI and its clients in meaningful communication, especially surrounding the performance of both parties. Clients are typically involved in the service, manufacturing, technology, retail, energy and not-for-profit industries and range in size from $25 million to over $15 billion in annual revenue. OPI has received BS7799-2:2000 certication, a standard given for data security and confidentiality, for its U.S and Banglore, India facilities. OPI has recently expanded its operations in numerous ways, including in August 2006, the company moved its operations in Banglore, India to a new 65,000 square foot facility; in November 2006, it opened a service center in Sofia, Bulgaria; and in January 2007, it formed a European Advisory Board.
