Oklahoma State University, at Stillwater; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1890, opened 1891 as Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College, renamed 1957. It has centers for laser research, integrated design and manufacturing, biotechnology, and environmental sciences.
The Oklahoma State University Library Electronic Publishing Center is located at 103 Oklahoma State University Library Annex Stillwater, Oklahoma 74078, USA.

The Electronic Publishing Center has four important digital collections online:

  • Chronicles of Oklahoma;
  • Indian Affairs: Laws and Treaties;
  • The Proceedings of the Oklahoma Academy of Science;
  • Speeches of Boone Pickens.

Planned for the future is the electronic publication of the Encyclopedia of Oklahoma History and Culture.

The center's librarian is Cokie G. Anderson (Assistant Professor, Electronic Publishing Librarian) M.L.I.S., University of Oklahoma, B.S.B.A., University of Tulsa.
