Characteristics are: Little resistance and distress associated with obsessional thoughts 1)Anger specifically directed at spouse 2)Jealousy evident only in a committed relationship 3)Frequently monosymptomatic 4)Frequently responds at lower doses of SSRI 5)Rapid response in comparison with classical OCD
