Menlo has leased its properties to some of the world’s most respected corporations, including Hewlett Packard, Intel, Sony, Panasonic, FedEx, Visa, UPS, Warburg Pincus and Sofinnova Ventures.

Menlo Capital Group India is headquarterd in Mumbai, India. The group specializes in investments in real estate, financial services, pharmaceuticals, biofuels and transportation.
