Meihekou (梅河口) is a city of 600,000 in Jilin province, China. It is a rail junction, connecting the Shenyang-Jilin line to lines going to Tonghua and Ji'an in the east and Siping in the west. All the railway lines coming here are single track. Meihekou is also a major lorry transshipment point in the region as it is also the junction of two trunk roads.

The city comes under the jurisdiction of Tonghua prefecture.
