On December 12, 2006 MedcomSoft received the AC Group's top marks in its recent survey for PMS or EHR ratings fors 2006. The AC Group Survey on Health Care software is responded to by almost 80 vendors in the market. It consists of 47 categories and over 2000 specific functionality related questions. The 5-Star rating that MedcomSoft achieved is the AC Group's 'confidence factor,' which indicates the AC Group's confidence in the vendor's reported rankings. A vendor with a 5-Star confidence level designates that the product has been tested and that the AC Group believes that more than 90% of the vendor's answers have been validated.

On December 15, 2007, MedcomSoft Record received the number 1 ranking in the ambulatory
EMR 1-5 physicians category in KLAS' 2007 year-end report card. KLAS independently monitors vendor performance through the active participation of thousands of healthcare organizations.
