Matcham is a semi-rural suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, located southwest of Bateau Bay. It is part of the City of Gosford local government area. It contains a hall and a historic church. It is commonly referred to as 'Gods Country' by residents and others alike. The founder of Matcham was former wheat grower Sam Matcham Gorey.
