Malcolm Barbour

Malcolm Barbour
Malcolm Barbour is a television producer who is best known for creating the television series COPS with producing partner John Langley in 1989; having formed Barbour/Langley Productions in the mid 1980s. In 1999, Barbour left Barbour/Langley, and the company was renamed Langley Productions.
