Little Traverse Township is a civil township of Emmet County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,426 at the 2000 census.
- Conway is an unincorporated community in the township, on the west end of Crooked Lake on US 31 at . The community is served by a box-only post office with the ZIP code 49722.
- Harbor Springs is a city at the western end of the township, but is administratively autonomous.
- Wequetonsing is an unincorporated community in the township, just east of Harbor Springs on M-119 at .

The average household size was 2.47 and the average family size was 2.89.
In the township the population was spread out with 25.6% under the age of 18, 5.4% from 18 to 24, 28.2% from 25 to 44, 27.6% from 45 to 64, and 13.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females there were 97.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.1 males.
