Leticia Murray

Murray obtained the title of Nuestra Belleza Sonora after winning her state pageant on June 4, 1999. On September 10 of that same year, she competed in the national pageant Nuestra Belleza Mexico, where she was crowned Miss Mexico Universe. Although she failed to place in the finals in Miss Universe 2000, Murray was awarded Best National Costume and the Clairol Style award. She also represented her country the same year in Miss International and placed in the Semi-finals.
