Leticia Juarez was a fictional character on the ABC soap opera, General Hospital. She was the nanny of Michael Corinthos and Morgan Corinthos. On September 10, 2007 she was strangled to death by Diego Alcazar, the Text Message Killer. Her cousin Mercedes took over as nanny to Michael and Morgan.
