Kushira (串良町; -chou) was a town located in Kimotsuki District, Kagoshima, Japan. On January 1, 2006, the town merged with two other towns into the city of Kanoya and no longer exists as an independent municipality.
As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 13,575 and the density of 206.12 persons per km². The total area was 65.86 km².
