Kingsley Haldane Bugarin OAM (born 3 August 1968 in Mount Lawley, Western Australia) is a former Australian swimmer.
Kingsley is officially retired from high level competition but he still swims with the Swan Hills Swimming Club in Perth and competes in open water swimming events.
