Kellie Jolly Harper (born Kellie Jean Jolly on May 3, 1977 in Cookeville, Tennessee) is the coach of the Western Carolina Lady Catamounts basketball team. On January 28th, 2008, Kellie earned her 66th win, passing Beth Dunkenberger as the 2nd winningest women's basketball coach in WCU history with a 60-49 victory over College of Charleston at the Ramsey Center. Her career coaching record is 76-53 .
