Kabetogama is a community in St. Louis County, Minnesota, USA.

The community is located southeast of International Falls on County Road 122.

U.S. Highway 53 is nearby.

Kabetogama is located within Kabetogama Township.

Kabetogama Lake is one of four major lakes that make up Voyaguar National Park. Kabetogama is the gateway into the park.

Kabetogama Lake has 25,000 acres of waters and has 200 islands.

Kabetogama is noted for Walleye fishing, but there are Northern Pike, Musky, Pan Fish, Trout, Base and the like.

The Kabetogama area is a hunting land for white tail deer, black bear, and small game birds.

Kabetogama Lake has many resorts that line the shores and is a vacation place for many returning and new people each year.

Kabetogama is a Chippawa name that means 'rough waters'. The lake lives up to it's name when it is windy.

Woodenfrog State Campground is located within the Kabetogama Lake shore lines. The campground was named after a Chippawa chief name Chief Woodenfrog.
