KPXO (channel 66) and
KLEI (channel 6) are the
Hawaii affiliates of the
ION Television network. KPXO is owned by
ION Media Networks, while KLEI is owned by Oceania Christian Church (but is essentially operated by ION as a KPXO satellite). KPXO serves the island of
Oahu, while KLEI serves the western half of the "Big Island" of
Hawaii.
KPXO digital offers mulitplex programming from ION. 66.1 a simulcast of KPXO analog, 66.2 qubo, 66.3 ION Life and 66.4 The Worship Network.
Both were charter affiliates of the network when it began as PAX TV in 1998. Due to limited feed abilities, KPXO and KLEI are not available over-the-air or on cable in many areas of the state.
