Jonha is a waterfall located some 40 kilometres away from Ranchi in Jharkhand in India. It is 4 km away from the Ranchi Purulia highway. These falls are also named Gautam Dhara after Gautam Buddha. There are two Buddha temples near the Jonha falls. These temples were built by the king Baldev Roy. It is located on 23.23ºN latitude and 85.23ºE longitude. Other nearby waterfalls are Sita Fall and Dassam Fall.

HOW TO REACH: 1. Airways: Birsa Munda international airport in the capital city of jharkhand is well connected with Delhi and Kolkata. 2. Railways: Ranchi junction is well connected with Kolkata,Delhi,Patna,Varanasi,Dhanbad and other places. 3. Roadways: Ranchi is well connected with jamshedpur,Patna by NH-33. WHERE TO STAY: There are many good hotels near the railway station,airport and bus stand.
