History
The club was formed in
1992 with the amalgamation of the former clubs of Éire Óg Templemore GAA, Clonmore GAA and Killea GAA. The club is named after
Joseph Kevin Bracken one of the founding members of the
Gaelic Athletic Association, who was from
Templemore.
