Italo Galbiati (born 8 August 1937 in
Italy) is a former football player, and is a trusted assistant to
Fabio Capello having worked with Capello at
A.C. Milan,
Roma and
Real Madrid. He has managed A.C. Milan, and is currently an
assistant manager of the
England national team.
He played for Inter during the 1960s and won three Serie A titles and two European Cups. He has been described as the 'good cop' when dealing with players as opposed to Capello's 'bad cop'.
