Innisfail is a town in central Alberta, Canada. It is located in the Calgary-Edmonton Corridor, south of Red Deer at the junction of Highway 2 and Highway 54.

Innisfail is the birthplace of actress/singer Rebecca Jenkins. This town is also the home of the famous Daines Rodeo. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) dog training facility is located 2 km south of Innisfail.

The town is served by the Innisfail Airport, located north-west of the town.

Innisfail's 2007 municipal census showed a population of 7,691. In 2006, Innisfail had a population of 7,316 living in 2,962 dwellings, a 5.4% increase from 2001. The town has a land area of and a population density of .
