Initiative 276

Initiative 276
Initiative 276 in Washington State required the government to establish the Public Disclosure Commission in order to provide information to the public about campaign fundraising and expenditures. The initiative was passed by the people in the November election of 1972.

The current laws are in the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Chapter 47, Section 17.
