State Road 930
is a short urban highway entirely within greater Fort Wayne, Indiana
. It consists of a divided surface highway that used to be U.S. Route 30
between Interstate 69
and Interstate 469
; at both termini (on the northwest side of Fort Wayne and at New Haven
) it feeds to and from US 30, which has been diverted to Interstate 69 and Interstate 469 as a bypass of Fort Wayne.
Originally it was a north-side bypass of Fort Wayne; like many urban bypasses it eventually became a corridor for suburban or suburban-like development and became severely congested.
