Clear Creek High School (League City, Texas)

Clear Creek High School is located in League City, Texas, in the Clear Creek Independent School District. The school serves most of League City and the cities of Kemah, Clear Lake Shores, Nassau Bay, and Webster.

The school colors are maroon and Silver and the school mascot is the wildcat.

Administration

Dr. Fred Hayes is no longer the current principal of CCHS. He was named to the position prior to the 2002-2003 school year. In 2005, he was named Outstanding Secondary Principal for the entire state of Texas. He has left for a job as superintendent in Athens ISD. Scott Bockart is the principal of CCHS as of November 2007.

• Mike Jones c/o 92, Professional Boxer fought Ricardo "Rocky" Juarez March 2001 ESPN Friday Night Fights from Las Vegas.

Feeder patterns

The following elementary schools feed into Clear Creek High School: Falcon Pass, Ferguson, Goforth, Hyde, League City, McWhirter, Robinson, and Stewart.

The following intermediate schools feed into Clear Creek High School: League City, Space Center, and Victory Lakes.

The new Clear Springs High School took portions of the Clear Creek High School attendance zone when it opened in 2007 Bauerschlag, Gilmore, Hall, Ross, Creekside, and some of Victory Lakes will no longer feed into Clear Creek.
