The International Association of Language Centres was founded in 1983 as a non-profit organisation to accredit and represent independent language schools teaching the official language of their country.
There are currently 92 IALC accredited schools in 22 countries worldwide.
The IALC quality seal is a trusted symbol in language study internationally. All IALC language schools are regularly inspected and continuously monitored. The IALC Code of Ethics sets the standards for member language schools and the IALC Quality Scheme ensures these standards are met and exceeded.
