Home and Away (theme song)

"Home and Away" was a song released in 1989, by Australian singer Karen Boddington and New Zealand singer Mark Williams.

The theme was composed by Mike Perjanik in 1987 for the Australian soap opera, Home and Away. The song charted and peaked at #73 in The UK singles chart and remained there for 2 weeks.

The single contained both the opening and closing themes used in the television show with additional ad-libs and a saxophone section unheard of in the television broadcasts.
