HiLCoE College
HiLCoE (an acronym for Higher Learning Center of Excellence) is a private college in Ethiopia, which was established in January 1998 to teach computer science. The college pioneered computer science education in the country. It was founded by two computer professionals, Nasir Dino and Ahmed Hussien (PhD).
