Greenwood School District

The Greenwood School District is the smallest and northernmost lying school district in Perry County, Pennsylvania. The district serves students residing in Millerstown Borough, Liverpool Borough, Greenwood Township (Perry County), Greenwood Township (Juniata County), Liverpool Township (Perry County), and Tuscarora Township (Perry County). The Greenwood Middle/High School and Greenwood Elementary School are located in the borough of Millerstown, Pennsylvania on PA-Route 17.

The school colors are blue and gold, while the mascot is the wildcat. The District has had many strong basketball teams over the years, including a boy's team that made it to the State A Semi-Finals in 2006.

Greenwood has some cooperative sports teams with a neighboring school district, Newport School District, which is located approximately five miles to the south of the Greenwood School District. Greenwood is bordered on the west by the West Perry School District and to the north by the Juniata County School District. It is bordered to the east by the Susquehanna River.
