Goulburn Correctional Centre

The Goulburn Correctional Centre is an Australian maximum security male prison located in Goulburn, New South Wales, Australia. The prison is the most secure prison in Australia, its High Risk Management Unit (HRMU), opened in September 2001, conforming to US Supermax-like standard.

• Leslie Camilleri - Bega schoolgirl murderer
• Ivan Milat - sentenced to life imprisonment for involvement in the Sydney Backpacker murders
• George Savvas - wholesale narcotics dealer who escaped from the prison for nine months in 1997
• Bilal Skaf - sentenced to 31 years imprisonment for his involvement in the Sydney gang rapes
• John Travers - sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Anita Cobby
• Sef Gonzales - sentenced to life imprisonment for the murders of his parents Teddy and Mary Loiva and younger sister Clodine.
• Michael Kanaan - sentenced to life imprisonment for 3 murders in Sydney in 1998
• Mark Valera (van Krevel) - sentenced to life without the possibility of parole over the 1998 murders of David O'Hearn and Frank Arkell
• Ngo Canh Phuong - sentenced to life imprisonment for the assassination of Cabramatta MP
