Flaunt is mainly focusing on Vocal Trance, House, Electronica , Ambient & Chill Out music it also has some older European dance music on its playlists from time to time.Flaunt dropped its NDS encryption in December 2006 , This means that it is available on Sky Digital, Freesat and on any FTA satellite box on Eurobird 1. On 29 April 2008 flaunt went through another revamp with a new logo and new graphics new themed programming is now part of its daily line up. It remains the main competitor of MTV Dance and also has a new competitor, Clubland TV
The channel was launched alongside sister channels Scuzz and The Amp, as part of a trio owned by Sky. However, they were sold to Chart Show Channels. The Amp has now been replaced by classic hits channel, Bliss. On Tuesday 6th May 2008, CSC Media launched a +1 timeshift channel called Flaunt +1. It was available 24 hours a day on Sky channel 367. However, after nearly 4 weeks on air, Flaunt +1 was replaced with Pop Girl +1 on 4th June 2008.
Recently the channel relaunched its website, the site has facilities to air videos online and with a social networking site and to promote the channel's competitions. Also, the website, through its forums, has also been known to present competitions to users, allowing them to win merchandise and CDs.
On 06 November 2007, Flaunt along with Bliss and Scuzz, were removed from Virgin Media's ex-NTL platform as a deal with Chart Show Channels could not be made to make the channels available to their ex-Telewest platform.
