Oded Fehr (עודד פהר; born 23 November, 1970) is an Israeli film and television actor. He is known for his appearance as Ardeth Bay in the 1999 remake of The Mummy and its sequel The Mummy Returns and also as Carlos Olivera in Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Resident Evil: Extinction.
Fehr was born in Tel Aviv, Israel

after taking a very brief drama class in Frankfurt
. He served in the Israeli Sea Corps

(2005). He also acted in the America's hit supernatural series, Charmed
, where he played the evil demon Zankou

Between 2005-2006 Fehr played Farik on the Showtime series Sleeper Cell.
Fehr is married to Rhonda Tollefson, whom he met at a Los Angeles opera. They married on December 22, 2000.
The couple has two children: son Atticus (January 4, 2003), and daughter Finley (February 26, 2006). Fehr speaks Hebrew, English and some German.
