Eric Duncan

Eric Duncan (born December 7, 1984, in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA) is an American baseball player plays for the AAA Scranton/Wilkes Barre Yankees in the New York Yankees organization. He was drafted as a third baseman, but has been converted into a first baseman, due to the long-term contract of Yankee Alex Rodriguez.

Duncan attended Seton Hall Preparatory School in West Orange, New Jersey. Duncan was selected by the Yankees in the 1st Round (27th overall) of the 2003 Major League Baseball Draft. Baseball America named him the Yankees 2005 highest prospect, a position later taken by pitcher Phil Hughes.
