Larreta, Enrique Rodríguez, 1875-1961, Argentine novelist. Larreta lived for many years in Spain and France. His fame rests on La gloria de don Ramiro (1908, tr. 1924), a historical novel of the days of Philip II. It is a classic of the polished modernista genre. Larreta's other novels include the gaucho story Zogoibi (1926) and En la pampa (1955).

Pedro-Rodríguez is a municipality located in the province of Ávila, Castile and León, Spain. According to the 2006 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 204 inhabitants.
