The following eight great perfections is a summary of the explanation of the Mahasiddhas from the commentary by Vyasa.
- Power of becoming minute (animâ).
- Power of expansion in space (mahimâ).
- Power of becoming heavy (garimâ).
- Power of becoming light (laghimâ).
- Power of reaching anywhere (prâpti).
- Power of fulfilling all desires through will (prâkâmyam).
- Power of command over the elements (iishitvam).
- Power to bring about any desired result(kâmâvasâyitâ).
