Eggshells is an independent low-budget film released in 1969. It is the first film by Tobe Hooper. It was written by Kim Henkel and Tobe Hooper (writers of the The Texas Chain Saw Massacre). It was produced by Tobe Hooper. It had a budget of $100,000. The film is believed to be lost. Tobe Hooper described Eggshells as "a hippie movie".
