Deals

• March 29, 2005 - EQT Partners AB, a buyout firm backed by Sweden's Wallenberg family, and Goldman Sachs Group Inc.'s private-equity arm agreed to buy Denmark's ISS A/S, the world's biggest cleaning company, for about $3.8 billion in cash.
• April 15, 2005 - EQT Sells FlexLink to ABN AMRO Capital
• 1Q 2006 - EQT buys MTU Friedrichshafen and Detroit Diesel's off-highway business from DaimlerChrysler. The group was named Tognum in July, 2006.

Management

• Conni Jonsson was part of the original team that founded EQT Partners in 1994 and has been Managing Partner since the company's foundation.
