Dylan Michael Patton (born July 13, 1992) is an American actor and former model.
Dylan Patton was born in Denton, Texas
to David Patton and Deborah Ann Fisher, a professional photographer involved in Flygirl Photography. He has one younger brother, Julian (born 1994) who is also a child model. He currently resides half the time in Texas and the rest of the time in Los Angeles with both his parents and his brother Julian. Dylan is friends with the young American actor Randy Shelly

Dylan started modeling around the age of 7 and his natural ease in front of the camera lead him into doing various commercial roles, including one for Subaru, in the Dallas, Texas area. In the spring of 2002, Dylan’s agent received a call from a producer who was casting a television pilot called “Our Family”. The casting director had seen Dylan’s pictures and resume on a website and wanted him to read for a part in the pilot. After six callbacks Dylan landed the role of Dakota Manning in “Our Family”. Although the pilot was not picked up, it gave Dylan his first real experience in front of the camera. At the beginning of 2003, he won the role of Clay Thomas in Crab Orchard (2004), a post 9/11 drama co-starring Ed Asner and Judge Reinhold. The film was featured at the Sante Fe Film Festival in July 2005 and won finalist and the gold directors award at the International Family Film Festival, in September 2005. In December 2004, he filmed Paradise Texas with Meredith Baxter and Timothy Bottoms. In June 2004, he did a photo shoot in France with his mom and with Florian Poddelka

. More recently Dylan modeled a shoot in Miami for Next, a UK clothing company. Dylan headed out to L.A. in February for the 2005 pilot season where he landed a guest role in the Disney sitcom "That's So Raven!" He played both Justin Banks a teen idol who plays "Ricky" as the character for the episode "Goin Hollywood!" and the show called "Better Days". At age 13, in November 2005 Dylan booked a role in a short independent film called "O' Best Beloved, Six Honest Men" playing Oliver Murphy. In November 2006, he landed a lead role in the feature independent film First Strike
playing Dustin Tyler. The movie is set for release in 2008.
