Jeffrey O. Henley

Jeffrey O. Henley (Jeff Henley) is the Chairman of Oracle Corporation. He has held this position since January 2004, prior to which he was the Chief Financial Officer for 13 years from March 1991 to July 2004. He is also a member of the company's Board of Directors. Jeff Henley holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from UCSB and an MBA in Finance from UCLA. Mr. Henley is a member of the Cal Gamma chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
