Ding Mocun (Chinese: 丁默邨 or 丁默村; 1901 - July 5, 1947), former name Ding Lesheng (丁勒生), was a politician of the Republic of China (ROC).
Born in Changde, Hunan Province, Ding served as the Minister of Society in Wang Jingwei Government, and the governor of Zhejiang. On July 5, 1947, Ding was executed in a prison in Suzhou.
