Dimitar Dimitrov (Republic of Macedonia)

Dimitar Dimitrov (born 1937 in Tsakoni (Hrisa), Aegean Macedonia, Greece) is a philosopher, writer, journalist, and diplomat from Republic of Macedonia who was the former Minister of Culture and Minister of Education.

In Republic of Macedonia Dimitrov has a reputation of pro-bulgarian intellectual.

Dimitrov is a supporter of the thesis that there was a process of debulgarization in 20th century in the territory of today’s Republic of Macedonia.
