Dione "Dee" Rebecchi (née Bliss, known generally as Dee in later appearances) was a fictional character on the popular Australian Soap Neighbours, played by Madeleine West. The character appeared from 2000 until her apparent death in 2003.

Dee came into the show when she and a friend were chatted up in a bar by Joel Samuels (Daniel MacPherson) and Toadfish Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney). Joel was pretending to be an Argentine football player, and Toadie was pretending to be his agent. After the truth was uncovered, Dee and Joel started dating, but continued to play practical jokes on one another. This came to a climax when Joel faked a letter from a noted art gallery, pretending that they wanted to put on an exhibition of Dee's work - Dee was a keen amateur artist. Upon finding out that it was a prank, Dee became very upset and broke up with Joel.

Dee also had a long relationship with local doctor Darcy Tyler (Mark Raffety), though he was secretly having an affair with her best friend, Teresa Bell. Dee dumped Darcy as soon as she found out, but was pregnant with his child. She eventually miscarried, and was counselled through this period of grief by Toadfish. After much skirting around the issue, the two eventually began dating, soon falling in love. Darcy tried to split them up. He claimed to have turned over a new leaf and secretly played the two off against each other, pretending to be a sensitive confident to Dee, and a drinking buddy for Toadie. He eventually managed to break them up, and paid Sindi Watts (Marisa Warrington) to date Toadie. However, Dee and Toadie eventually reconciled, and got engaged.

The two married, but, driving off together on their honeymoon, Toadie and Dee took their eyes off the road to kiss, causing their car to veer off the side of a cliff and into the sea. Toadie managed to escape but Dee's body was never found, leaving a return possible.
