Cytora hedleyi is a species of small land snail, a terrestrial gastropod mollusc in the family Liareidae.

The shell is very small, narrowly umbilicated
, but the spire
is more narrowly conical than in Cytora cytora
. The surface is densely spirally lirate, crossed by membranous axial ribs that become progressively wider spaced over the last whorl
, and without hair-like processes.
The colour of the periostracum is pale yellowish-brown.
Shell height is up to 2.4 mm, and width up to 2.3 mm.
