Cotidianul is a Romanian newspaper, published Monday to Saturday in Berliner format. Founded by Ion Raţiu, it published its first issue on May 10, 1991.

Currently, Cotidianul is owned by Academia Caţavencu (50%+1 of the shares) and Regent House (50%), the latter of which is owned by the Ion Raţiu family and Călin Husar.
