Cooler Conditions is an album by Canadian reggae musician Snow. This Japanese release in 1999 preceded the more popular Mind on the Moon release by a year.

The tracks "Someday Somehow", "Want To Be Like You", "Jimmy Hat" and "Plumb Song" were remixed and recorded again for the Mind on the Moon release. On this album, Snow once again teams up with MC Shan who performs on a new recording of Snow's highest charting single "Informer" titled "Informer 99".
