Carlos then breaks his house arrest by stealing Edie's car and following Gabrielle to John's apartment. When Gabrielle leaves and hugs Justin, Carlos runs to the apartment and proceeds to beat Justin badly. The police receive the signal and arrive shortly after to arrest Carlos. When Justin tells Carlos that he is gay it changes everything and Carlos is in trouble--once again.
