The company claims that the methodology and technology of its proprietary software enables any organization to identify its highest-performing members in order to then inventory, extract, and analyze their skills and knowledge in order to develop institutional assets, such as intellectual capital, into actionable and measurable plans which allow other people, locations, and groups to utilize this information, formerly regarded as intangible and therefore nonreplicable.
