cavia usually develops games for already existing franchises, like Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, One Piece or Ghost in the Shell for various publishers. The company also developed its own franchise with Drakengard and Drakengard 2, which where published by Square Enix. They have also developed Bullet Witch for Xbox 360 which was published by AQ Interactive in Japan and Atari in Europe and the US. AQ Interactive became cavia's main publisher in 2005. They are also responsible for the games Beat Down: Fists of Vengeance for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox and Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii.
